or freephone 0800 935832 and ask to speak to the Learning Commons staff.

Include your name, student ID number, phone number or email address, home address, and as many details as you can about the title, author, publication dates, title of journal, volume, issue number etc.

If you would like information or help with research on a particular subject, please state clearly the exact criteria of your assignment question, and include all of your personal contact details so we can get back to you.

You can reserve items online through the catalogue.

• Bring up the record of the title you wish to reserve and click on PLACE RESERVATION.
• Enter you Borrower ID (student ID number)
• Enter your library PIN (last 4 digits of your phone number or ask a librarian to reset)
  
  The reserves list is accessed daily by library staff, and items will be sent to your home address.
